Daniel went out of his way to come and provide us with a quote in the week after New Year, and then worked with us to on a short turn-around to have the system in before we returned to work after the holidays. He gave thorough and considered advice to us on the size of the unit we would require and how different zoning options could suit our needs. Initial contact and quote was through and professional, as was the final installation, with the installers doing a clean and through job. Since having the new system installed, I find myself double checking that the external unit is actually running it is that quite, and the ability to access the QUE Main Control Panel remotely via my mobile phone and the QUE app is another bonus.
